Description:
The RRP Planning team will provide strategy, planning and integration support to the RRP Program. This support will include program management support (e.g. risk management, program reporting, and change management), communications support, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness support. The RRP Program Planning team will also analyze existing program-level processes and the current operating model and develop recommendations for improvement based on leading practices.
Skill Set:
Experience supporting executive-level planning, reporting, and communications
• Experience developing and supporting Program level IT management processes (e.g., PMBOK processes) such as Risk Management, Change Control, Requirements Management, Decision Management
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to explain concepts to key audiences and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced experience and skills with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Intermediate experience with Visio, and Word
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments with quick deadlines
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• The individual should have at least 4 years of experience
