.Net Developer

Job Description:

This position provides IT application programming support for business workflow, manufacturing and

engineering related applications and projects. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather business requirements

Prepare solution options for review

Prepare application design documentation

Perform application programming

Perform application testing

Working with technical architect, IT customers and other IT support groups throughout a project cycle

Respond to user reported problems for application related issues in a timely manner

Trouble-shoot and diagnose root-causes of problems

Resolve incidents

Follow standard change and source code management practices  

Key Skills:

5-7 years’ experience developing, installing, and administrating tiered applications involving
SQL databases and web servers. 

Strong C#, Asp.Net language experience

Experience with the latest .Net technologies like WCF, Ajax, jQuery, CSS, JavaScript and Angular JS.

Experience with operational and reporting databases (MS-SQL and/or MySQL)

Good understanding of database concepts & design

Proficient in English for both oral and written communication

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
with project and application development teams, management and clients

Ability to present ideas, design concepts and issues in a concise and focused manner

Analytical thinker who can design solutions and solve program related problems quickly

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms a plus.
