Job Description:
• Hands on experience with VCM 8.0.1 (Vignette Content Management), DPM 8.0.1 (Dynamic Portal Module) and Portal 8.1.
• Experience with J2EE/JSP, web service, Maven, knowledge of software architecture.
• Knowledge and experience in V8 VCM, Vignette Portal and Vignette DPM.
• Proficient with SQL (Oracle) and SQL scripting.
• Proficient with UNIX (Sun Solaris) and scripting language.
• Proficient with XHTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX; Responsive web design, jQuery, and ExtJS experience is a plus.
• Experience on security using Siteminder and Sun One LDAP.
• Strong problem determination and trouble shooting skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented design including familiarity with various design patterns and UML.
• Proficient in the complete flow of SDLC.
• Experience working with website content technologies including search, analytics, content management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies as the need arise.
• Experience in working in a team-based agile development environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving / trouble-shooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver, within budget, quality solutions while coordinating multiple assignments / deadlines.
• Ability to perform as a team member yet an efficient independent worker.
• Previous experience with a financial services organization a plus.

Skill Set:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience is preferred.
2. Minimum of 8+ years of building and supporting Java / J2EE based production applications.
3. 6+ years experience in developing externally facing web applications using HTML. AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, jQuery and relevant open-source libraries (Bootstrap & Zurb Foundation).
4. Certification in J2EE will be an added advantage.
5. Experience implementing Agile development processes and practices to support SDLC (Test Driven Development, Feature Driven Development, CMMI and SCRUM).
