Role ID: .NET Developer Support SME

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA(Locals are preferred) , Tyscon, VA

Role Description: Experienced developer with a broad range of application development experience with .NET. The .NET Developer Support SME will provide over-the-shoulder training and technical support to a group of inexperienced Government developers working on a variety of projects across a portfolio of business systems built on a range of technology platforms.  The Developer Support SME works as part of a team and reports to the Client Project Manager.

Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site support (M-F, 8am-5pm in Mechanicsburg, PA) is preferred, but part-time arrangements will also be considered. Client will offer flexible work schedules for employees, but reserve the right to change work schedules based on project needs and/or at the client’s requests.

Required Qualifications:

1) Active DoD Public Trust clearance or higher documented in JPAS

2) At least 3 years of hands on application development experience with at least 4 of the following technologies:

o   Visual Basic .NET

o   C# .NET

o   ASP .NET MVC

o   ASP .NET Web Forms

o   Entity Framework

o   ADO .NET

o   Internet Information Services (IIS)

o   Oracle 11g

1) At least 3 years of hands on application development experience with the following technologies:

o   HTML

o   CSS

o   JavaScript

o   SQL

1) Strong communication and facilitation skills

2) Detail and teamwork oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Development experience with all above listed platforms/technologies

2) Additional hands-on application development experience with the following technologies:

o   Java J2EE

·         WebLogic

·          

o   Struts 1.0 or greater

o   Spring Framework

o   Apache Tiles

o   JSP
