Business Systems Analyst(Facets experience mandatory )

Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6 months+

Should have Facets experience mandatory

Visa:H1b,GC-EAD,GC,USC

C2C requirement

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review BRD and understand the requirements. Ensure the requirements meet the needs of the design
• Review HLD to understand the high level design and share with offshore.
• Work with offshore to get their inputs/clarifications.
• If no offshore assigned for the work, raise the appropriate clarifications.
• Answer clarification questions raised from offshore if known, otherwise get analysts to answer the questions/update the HLD to improve the requirements captured
• Sign off the HLD, if no urther questions
• Engage in brainstorming sessions with the offshore developer (Facets) to determine the flow to be considered
• Follow up with the analysts for any clarifications that arise during the design phase
• Create/Update/Review the detailed design to balance load among the team
• Review the detailed design with the BSC stakeholders and answer any comments
• Review the DM request sent by the Technical designer and ensure its adherence to the functional requirement
• Create/Update/Review Unit test cases, and provide adequate recommendations to ensure adequate coverage.
• Share the unit test cases with the BSC Design Leads, analysts  for review
• Communicate with onsite designer (technical) and offshore developers
• Participate in code walk through and provide appropriate comments
• Support in test data creation for unit testing, Perform high level functional testing
• Review the test files generated and share with Analysts, TPs as required
• Analyze the defects raised in JIRA and determine the party responsible to follow up.
• Requirement issue – analyst; Code changes – developers; etc
• Attend huddle/SWAT calls for issues as and when they are set up for burning/high priority issues
• Provide transition to FAS

• Experience details in Facets
• Explain large data handling challenges
• Explain membership, Billing process
• Experience on various  modules available in Facets and associated batch jobs
• Strong experience on Claims process
• Oracle/SQL
• Facets
