Several positions on AWS/DevOPS

    Location (for all positions) : Chantilly, VA and Alexandria , VA

    Duration: Long Term

    DESCRIPTION APPLICABLE TO ALL POSITIONS BELOW  

    Automate large scale deployments with modern configuration and deployment management.

    Skill set::

    Chef/AWS (EC2, Route53, RDS, Cloudformation templates and custom recipes ideally),

    Ruby or Python automated scripting (not copy/pasting or piece mealing code)

    Pluses:

•  Configuration Management (Chef, Puppet or Ansible preferred)

•  Continuous Integration (Jenkins preferred)

•  Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred, Rackspace, OpenStack, etc.)

•  Cloud Monitoring tools (Nagios, Cacti, CloudWatch, Gnaglia, etc.)

•  Automation tools (Vagrant, Packer.io, Terraform, etc.)

•  Docker

•  Kubernetes

•  NoSQL database (DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)

•  Other Open Source tools

   Position 2:

*  AWS/Chef DevOps (Senior). More of an architect type person rather than someone just writing recipes.

*  AWS/Chef DevOps (Mid-level)

*  Northern Virginia

*  US Citizens only

*  

   Position 4:

*  Ansible/Terraform (OK with chef/cloudformation background) [Mid-level]

*  Northern Virginia

*  GCs or US citizens only

*  This position offers good amount of Work-from-home
